Photo of the Day: A $100 Donut Made From 24-Carat Gold

If your idea of a delicious donut is a cream-filled Long John covered in chocolate frosting and sprinkles, you're not thinking fancy enough. Customers are shelling out $100 at a Canadian bakery, Dolicious Donuts, for a "Donutopia."

When you think of a donut, what comes to mind? If your idea of a delicious donut is a cream-filled Long John covered in chocolate frosting and sprinkles, you're not thinking fancy enough.

Customers are shelling out $100 at a Canadian bakery, Dolicious Donuts, for a "Donutopia."

This warm, freshly fried donut is made with Bling H20 water (which rings up at an astonishing $39 a bottle) and, after the pastry is made, its covered in 24-carat gold flakes and sugar "diamonds."

But the pastry is not just for looks, its also apparently pretty damn delicious. (And for taking nearly five hours to make this special donut, it should be!)
