Some of the food innovations reflect a drive towards healthier eating. Vitalit Laboratories will be launching a fatigue-fighting drink called Fly Fit Flow. Another health-conscious item on the traveller's menu is Grasshopper's expanded range of porridge pots. This ready-mixed porridge is niftily packaged in tiny, springy Hopper Pots measuring only 45mm tall. Once opened the pot expands upwards to accommodate boiling water; then simply stir, with the provided folding spoon, and serve.
