The owner of the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands posted solid quarterly results and gave a strong outlook for 2016.

Signet Jewelers Ltd., up $3.41 to $121.42

The jewelry retailer posted strong quarterly results and annual profit guidance was better than expected.

Terex Corp., up $1.31 to $25.05

The crane maker said Zoomlion, a Chinese competitor, raised its takeover offer to $31 per share from $30 a share.

KB Home, up 83 cents to $13.93

The custom home builder reported strong first-quarter results, with sales far better than analysts expected.

Williams Cos., down 91 cents to $15.35

Oil prices fell for the second consecutive day, pressuring energy companies.
