LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A conveyor company is spending $12.5 million to build a new manufacturing facility in northeast Arkansas on a project expected to bring 110 new jobs to the state.

FMH Conveyors on Wednesday announced it will expand operations in Jonesboro with a new 195,000 square foot facility. Gov. Asa Hutchinson joined company and local officials to announce the expansion.

State economic development officials say the company is receiving $1 million from an incentive fund controlled by the governor for the project. The company will also receive a cash rebate for the new jobs and sales tax refunds for building materials, machinery and equipment associated with the expansion.
