The fixtures use a 90 percent enhanced reflector for maximum lumen output and efficiency, and feature a universal voltage ballast with a hinged door for convenient access — without taking down the fixture or the use of tools. The lights are built with 20-gauge galvanized die-formed steel and coated in an enamel to help ensure a long life, even in harsh environments, according to the company. The occupancy sensors can be programmed to a variety of settings, allowing for customization to meet a facility's particular needs.
