The advanced TFX Ultra is an ultrasonic flow and energy meter that clamps on the outside of existing pipes without contacting liquids. Shutting down the process for installation or maintenance is unnecessary, so the TFX Ultra can be installed and fully operational in minutes. With no moving parts, there is no mechanical wear. It provides accurate and repeatable flow measurement readings for full pipe liquids on nearly all pipe materials sizes ½” and larger.
Applications include:
- cooling lines
- raw sewage flows
- water distribution
- processes where system shutdown is impossible
The TFX Ultra is also available as an energy flow meter, measuring energy usage in BTUs or Tons, and it is ideal for retrofit, chilled water and other HVAC applications.
