NEW YORK (AP) -- Hanwha SolarOne Co. said Thursday it has received a $100 million loan and will use it to expand its business.
The Chinese manufacturer of solar wafers, cells and modules said the five-year loan was provided by Standard Chartered Bank and Korea Development Bank.
Shares slipped 3 cents to $2.50 in premarket trading. That is below its 52-week low of $2.51 in regular trading.
