Parker Hannifin Corporation has developed a series of push-button thermoplastic couplings that speed throughput and productivity in a wide range of industries and applications. Compact and lightweight, these general-purpose thermoplastic couplings can be used for medical devices, laboratory equipment, and chemical processing, as well as food and beverage and industrial applications. The intuitive operation of the couplings’ push-button latch – with audible and tactile feedback of connection – lets users know they’ve made a secure connection. The couplings are made of DuPont Delrin® acetal and are available valved or unvalved for greater application versatility. The standard seal material is Nitrile and the standard spring material is stainless steel.
