The compact, multiport double weir design of the Robolux multiport diaphragm valve provides for multiple flow paths while reducing contact surfaces and hold up volume. The dual piston automatic actuator design combines the functionality of two actuators into one assembly, reducing the dimensional envelope of standard diaphragm valve assemblies. Including two shut-off valves in a single housing not only reduces the envelope and foot print of the assembly but also provides for higher yields by reducing contact surfaces and hold up volume. Similarly, the number of valve body diaphragms is minimized, saving space as well as installation and maintenance costs. This diaphragm valve can be easily adapted from critical applications in the BioPharm industries to provide more efficient process solutions in the food and luxury food industries, as well as the chemical and photo industries, thanks in part to its operating pressure of up to 145 psig and the variety of body materials available.
