Clean Coal Technologies Confirms Wyoming Location For Permanent Test Facility

The facility will facilitate the advanced research work being done in partnership with the University of Wyoming to assess the capability of the CCTI Technologies to access the valuable byproducts from coal the company expects will produce a separate and important revenue stream for PRB coals.

Clean Coal Technologies has confirmed the permanent location for their test facility in Wyoming.

“After months of intense due diligence inspecting a handful of prospective sites and the requisite infrastructure, rail and permitting requirements, we have decided upon the Fort Union Industrial Park in Gillette, Wyoming as the permanent home for our test facility,” stated Sean Mahoney, CCTI press officer. “Working alongside the University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources and Gillette based Energy Capital Economic Development we’re confident this location provides all necessary logistical requirements including having the critically important pre-existing rail access. Immediately upon the permits being granted and the facility being reassembled we expect to be receiving international coal for testing which is a precondition of licensing the technology with some of our international clients.”

The Fort Union Site is ideally located near Gillette, giving easy access to visitors both from abroad and domestically. Of equal importance, it will facilitate the advanced research work being done in partnership with the University of Wyoming to assess the capability of the CCTI Technologies to access the valuable byproducts from coal the company expects will produce a separate and important revenue stream for PRB coals.
