(AP) — Virginia Beach officials say German chemical company TAG America Inc. will locate its first U.S. manufacturing facility in the city. City officials said in a news release Tuesday that the company initially expects to hire six people in the spring.
The facility will produce non-toxic specialty chemicals for a variety of industrial clients. TAG America is a subsidiary of TAG Chemicals GmbH, based in Bischofsheim, Germany.
