Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's pet project Stratolaunch Systems continues to make small steps toward launching its big plane. The Roc aircraft, intended to carry rockets into the atmosphere for high-altitude launches, traveled at 46 mph along the runway with all flight surfaces in place on the weekend.(Via GeekWire)
