Exopack, Britton Group, PACCOR, Kobusch and Paragon Print & Packaging have announced they will join forces to become one large packaging company, headquartered in Luxembourg. All five packaging companies are affiliated portfolio companies of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. The new company will keep existing brand names after the merger. Marc Leder, co-CEO of Sun Capital Partners, said,
"This combination represents a natural next step in a process that began eight years ago to create a global packaging company with a solid foundation for future growth."
