CSPI: 'Defensive Eating' Can Protect Against 'Risky Meats'

In a press conference held yesterday, the Center for Science in the Public Interest identified chicken and ground beef as the meats most likely to carry foodborne illness while ham, sausage and chicken nuggets are categorized as "lowest risk" products.
