Kar's Nuts Recalling Certain Packages Of Sweet 'N Salty Mix

The recall is being initiated due to consumer reports of hard, clear foreign material being found in several packages.

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. (PRNewswire) — Kar's Nuts, Inc. announces it has recalled a limited number of packages of their Sweet 'N Salty Mix® product, produced between August 25, 2015 and September 2, 2015.

The recall is being initiated due to consumer reports of hard, clear foreign material being found in several packages.   

All recalled product is being removed from store shelves. Kar's is also encouraging its consumers to check the product in their homes to be sure it was not produced within the dates in question. 

Consumers who have purchased the product with production dates in that time frame can return it to its place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with any questions may contact the company at 800-527-6887.

Kar's Nuts sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and concern this voluntary recall may cause.
