Using specialty-engineered form fill seal (FFS) technology, the FFS 2500 is designed to fill granulated and micro-granulated bulk materials at a rapid rate. The compact design makes the FFS 2500 ideal for tight spaces and a mobile version is available for transport between multiple silos. The unit is constructed to prevent component overload when production speed is at its maximum. To establish smooth operation at a rate of up to 2,400 bags per hour, the unit is designed with two bag-handling devices. The initial empty bag transport is designed to bring empty bags to the filling spout. Once filled, the full bag transport takes the filled bag through the closure process.
