The MATERIAL MASTERâ„¢ Bulk Bag Discharging System provides sealed discharge of dry bulk materials. The unit features a pneumatic chain hoist with motorized trolley for efficient bag loading and unloading. A Sure-Sealâ„¢ actuated spout clamping system seals the bag discharge spout for dust-tight operation. It includes a Flo-Masterâ„¢ bag massaging system which promotes positive material flow. A powered Flo-Lockâ„¢ discharge spout closure system quickly halts material flow for partial bag discharging. The unit features an integral loss-in-weight scale system. The system is designed for hazardous location service.
