ITT Corporation introduces the Pure-Flo® VSP+, a self-setting valve switch for bioprocessing applications. The 
mechanical self-setting feature reduces calibration time, especially during instances of diaphragm change-out and valve commissioning. Once the switch is installed on the process valve, the operator strokes the actuator to set the switch. The device incorporates high output open, closed and power LEDs, allowing the operator to safely and quickly evaluate process status, oftentimes troubleshooting from the ground. The device is available for ½- to 2-inch (DN 15-50) valves and can be specified with mechanical silver, mechanical gold, PNP and Namur* switches. All offerings are rated for 24V DC operation.
