According to the company, the Wilcoxon triaxial sensors, cables and connection boxes are appropriate for monitoring most industrial rotating equipment including cooling tower fans, blowers, pumps, compressors, chillers, gearboxes, mixers and motors. The model 993B-7-M12 is the latestest additon to the three axis series, and features a M12 connection, plus an upgraded external case, which results in a thicker shell for better resistance to impact. It is designed for both route-based and permanent mounting applications, with three general-purpose 100 mV/g vibration sensors with a ± 10% sensitivity tolerance. Additional features include:

  • A broad frequency range from 2-10,000 Hz Z axis, or on the and 2–7,000 Hz on the X and Y axes.
  • Straight, coiled, and Teflon® coated options are available terminated in a variety of industry standard connectors such as BNC, Turck, Fischer (6 or 11 pin) or Bendix.
  • Reverse wire protection comes standard, to protect the internal circuit from failure, should the input power be misconnected.
  • Wilcoxon M12 connectors are IP67 rated and well suited for wet, moisture laden environments.
