After two weeks of pig carcasses floating into Shanghai, the Chinese government has responded to the ongoing incident with little more than silence. As of today, about 14,000 pig corpses have been found floating in rivers, and Chinese citizens are demanding answers. One such citizen, Li Mingsheng, said,
"Those pigs must have come from somewhere. That's a basic question, but the government still has not told us that."
