A worker from Nebraska who was injured in a fall at a construction site in South Dakota has died.
Michael Bauer says his 31-year-old son, Jason, died early Friday.
Police say Bauer's safety line was attached to a steal beam that was among several that gave way at a site in Sioux Falls on Monday afternoon. Bauer fell and was taken to a local hospital.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is still investigating.
Michael Bauer says his son leaves behind three children and a wife who just found out she is expecting twins.
