NATICK, Mass. (AP) -- Medical device maker Boston Scientific Corp. said Monday an appeals court upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit related to a 2004 recall of its Taxus Express2 stent system.
Boston Scientific said the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit upheld the dismissal of a securities fraud case filed by the Mississippi Public Employees' Retirement System. The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts previously dismissed the case.
