NEW YORK (AP) -- Pfizer Inc., the world's largest drugmaker, named Dr. Yvonne Greenstreet on Monday as the senior vice president and head of medicine development for the specialty care business unit, effective Tuesday.
Greenstreet will replace Dr. Michael Berelowitz, who is retiring. Greenstreet joins Pfizer from British drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline, where she was senior vice president and chief of strategy, research and development.
Shares of Pfizer climbed 9 cents to $18.24 in late morning trading.
