The International Association For Food Protection (IAFP) 2015 annual meeting will take place from July 25-28 in the Oregon Convention Center in downtown Portland.
Food safety professionals in quality control, processing operations, regulatory inspections, food safety consulting, risk assessment, research and development, microbiological research, plant management, technical services and HACCP management will be attending the show.
The event will include presentations from speakers around the globe on issues related to foodborne pathogens, risk assessment, allergens, food laws and regulations, food toxicology, water and sanitation.
More than 80 food safety sessions will be available, as well as multiple opportunities for networking with food safety colleagues from around the world.
