ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- A British venture capital company is bringing three technology businesses with a total of 250 new jobs to a former Eastman Kodak building in Rochester.
Officials from Cheltenham, England-based Cody Gate Ventures announced Tuesday that Intrinsiq Materials, Quintel Technology and Omni-ID will be located at the Eastman Business Park. The companies are involved in the manufacturing and research and development of advanced technology.
Intrinsiq, which is involved in the advanced metals and health and wellness industries, will employ 158 people. Quintel Technology, a provider of antenna systems for mobile networks, plans to hire 68 workers, while Omni-ID, a provider of radio frequency identification technology, will hire 24 employees.
The jobs are expected to be filled over a four-year period.
