There are more than 1,100 workers at the northern Utah JBS-Swift Beef Plant, known locally as the E.A. Miller Plant, who are part of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 711.

More than 10,000 JBS-Swift workers nationwide belong to United Food and Commercial Workers.
