STANLEYTOWN, Va. (AP) — Stanley Furniture Co. has announced 250 layoffs, citing an industry slowdown.
The Stanleytown company said Wednesday the job cuts will occur at its Martinsville production center and Stanleytown warehouse.
The layoffs will come over the next two to four months. They include hourly and management workers.
Stanley Furniture employs approximately 1,300 people.
