The record-breaking pace of U.S. job creation shows no signs of slackening. According to the latest ADP data, 219,000 jobs were added in July, the 94th straight month of job growth. That figure also beat analyst's expectations of an additional 185,000 new jobs. The following infographic uses the July figure from ADP and adds it to Bureau of Labor Statistics to provide an overviw of the job market since 2008.

The impact of tariffs is not ecident in the most data with nearly every industry making gains. The information sector was the only area posting a slight decline. Growth was led by medium-sized companies employing 50 to 499 people and they expanded their payrolls by 119,000. Large businesses also added 48,000 jobs while small businesses added 52,000.
