Bishop & Associates’ 2010 survey consisted of a detailed questionnaire, asking customers to provide their opinions about 37 different distributors. For each category, 24 companies received sufficient enough evaluations to remain in the final report. The survey was submitted to people employed in the engineering field and to purchasers of electronic components.

Digi-Key was voted #1 in the following categories: Best On-Time Delivery, Best in Product Breadth, Best On-Hand Inventory, Best Ease of Doing Business, Best Overall Website, Best Ease of Finding Products on Website, Best Technical Documentation on Website, and the Best in Placing Orders on Website.
