ROGERS, Conn. (AP) -- Rogers Corp., a company that provides materials for manufacturers, said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of German electronics maker Curamik Electronics GmbH.
The company announced the $154.1 million acquisition Monday.
Rogers said the deal would allow the company to grow by targeting three strategic markets: sustainable energy, the Internet and mass transit. Curamik develops products used in such devices as industrial motor drives, wind and solar energy converters and hybrid electric vehicle drive systems.
The company's stock slipped 43 cents, or 1.1 percent, to $39.57 in afternoon trading Tuesday.
