World Energy Purchases UTEK Subsidiary

Energy services company and electronics manufacturer acquires Hydrogen Safe Technologies.

TAMPA, Fla. — Hydrogen Safe Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of technology transfer company UTEK Corp., has been purchased by World Energy Solutions.
 
“World Energy Solutions is enthusiastic about this technology and its potential to help expand our proprietary position in the energy conservation field,” said World Energy Solutions CEO Benjamin Croxton.
 
World Energy Solutions Inc. is an energy services company and electronics manufacturer.
