Siemens Energy And Automation Appoints New President, CEO

Dennis Sadlowski will succeed Aubert Martin as President and CEO, beginning July 1.

ATLANTA- Siemens Energy and Automation, Inc. (SE&A) announced Thursday the selection of Dennis Sadlowski as President and CEO, effective July 1, 2007.

Sadlowski will be replacing Aubert Martin, who is retiring after 40 years with Siemens.

Sadlowski joined SE&A in 2000 as Vice President and General Manager of the Electrical Apparatus business unit in Atlanta. From 2003-2006, he led the Siemens Automation and Drives Sensors business in Germany. In 2006, he returned to Atlanta to serve as COO for SE&A and manage the Power Distribution & Controls Division.

Sadlowski has an M.B.A. from Seattle University and a B.S. in chemical and nuclear engineering form the University of California at Berkeley.

Martin joined Siemens in 1967 as an engineering trainee in Germany. He held several engineering, sales and marketing, and business development positions within Siemens AG groups. He was appointed CEO of SE&A in 2002.
