Dirty Conditions Caused Massive Peanut Butter Recall

FDA officials say the conditions inside the Georgia plant responsible for last year's massive peanut butter recall were an accident waiting to happen. The company allegedly retested samples positive for salmonella until getting a negative result — and then shipped the product to retailers.
