F-RAT-S (Flat Right Angle Transfer) System is a drop in installation into existing MDR conveyor frames. Powered by three 24V DC Itoh Denki Motorized Rollers. Run-On-Demand feature increases energy savings over traditional transfers. No pneumatics are needed to move your product in 4 different directions. 3 motors; spine, lifting/dropping, and transfer rollers. Controlled with Itoh Denki's IBE-01 two zone control card. Transfers products up to 110lbs. (51kg); Minimum package size: 300mm x 300mm; Minimum height: 170mm; Transfer capacity: 2500/hr; Available in 4 sizes: 15" x 30", 20" x 30" and 28" x 30"
