Quality Control Lab / Brewery

The HEMCO ModuLab features a pre-engineered modular design that is flexible to the size and specifications required for a quality control lab. It can be located in industrial, warehouse, office, or lab areas with internal controlled environments.
The ModuLab ship disassembled and is easily erected on site and can accommodate requirements for lab furniture, countertops, sinks, and fume hoods. Additionally, the interior workspace can be engineered with temperature control for user comfort. If filtration is required, ceiling mounted HEPA filters can maintain a pre-determined class clean specification from ISO 6 to ISO 8. A single pass or recirculating air system is options.
The modular room is constructed of 2” thick panels with a rigid foam core and composite resin surface skin panels for superior chemical resistance and cleanability. The structural framework is of clear anodized aluminum extrusions with a selection of various types and sizes of doors, windows, and lighting/service electrical packages.
