Peabody, MA - D-Zolve™ 1012 from Solvent Kleene, Inc. is a paint and powder coating stripper and remover designed to efficiently strip hard-to-remove powder coatings, autophoretic / autodeposition chemical coatings and electrocoatings from intricate part shapes. D-Zolve’s ability to penetrate several layers of powder coatings makes it well suited for removing powder coating buildup from hooks, racks and jigs as well as removing powder coatings to salvage rejected parts for rework.
D-Zolve 1012 is used in an immersion tank at room temperature eliminating the need for heating. Additionally, waste solids can be filtered out to prolong the useful life of the solution. Compatible with most metals and plastics, D-Zolve 1012 safely removes powder coatings from galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel as well as most plastic and silicone substrates.
Eco friendly, D-Zolve 1012 is non-flammable, does not contain known carcinogenic components and has no hazardous air pollutant potential. It is readily biodegradable and contains no ozone depleting components.
