Hurricane-Safe Industrial Doors

The TKO CruiserWeight Door with the Wind Load Package is approved for high wind load environments, providing facilities in hurricane-susceptible environments with a safe solution for loading dock doors. According to the company, these doors are built on technology that allowed previous TKO doors to survive the impact of Hurricane Katrina. The design is tested to withstand pressures of +52 and -67.5 pounds per square foot. A polycarbonate interior skin and a reinforced Impact-A-Track that runs the full height of the door are included. Prior to a high-wind event, the slide locks located on the panels can secure the door, providing reinforcement.
