The Busse/SJI Bottle and Can Warmer is designed to meet the most exacting cold-filled beverage processing requirements. The system features all stainless steel T304 construction and precise automated seam welding. Babbitted center bearings provide durability and long life, while sloped sump bottoms ensure easy cleaning. Large-orifice spray nozzles eliminate nozzle plugging. Wide-angle full cone spray pattern reduces nozzle count. Thermometers and pressure gauges are included at all pump headers. The product features a NEMA 4X control panel with micro PLC and AC inverter for main warmer drive. Options include a continuous internal clean-in-place (CIP) system.
