The P-Series Venturi Loader is designed for conveying powders in sanitary applications. It can be used for loading hoppers as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill applications and meets 3A Dairy sanitary requirements. The efficient and compact venturi power unit utilizes compressed air to create its vacuum convey source. This eliminates the need and expense for a separate blower package, making it a more economical solution for applications requiring lower rate conveying over shorter distances. The unit also includes a large area automatic reverse jet filter for efficient powder conveying. The loader body is made of DIN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel with internal and external electropolished surface passivation. The modular construction and sanitary design, without pockets or dead spaces, allow for easy disassembly and cleaning as well as simple expansion with extension modules. The unit comes standard with a 115/230 VAC, 15 amp controller.
