MATERIAL MASTER™ BULK BAG DISCHARGING SYSTEM features a fork-lift loaded bulk bag lifting frame with a pneumatic bulk bag elongation system to assist with product discharge. Unit framework constructed from 304 stainless steel structural tube, capped ends, continuously TIG welded. Unit features a stainless steel heavy-duty Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system, a Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber, a Sure-Seal™ bag spout clamping system for dust-tight discharge, and a 316 stainless steel discharge transition with access hatch. A loss-in-weight 304 stainless steel load cell package with digital weight indicator specifies the amount of product being discharged from unit.
