The Eagle Tall PRO XSDV provides 100 percent inspection for contaminants in rigid containers such as cans, bottles and jars using high performance dual view x-ray technology. The Tall PRO XSDV is designed for the inspection of high-speed can, jar, bottle and composite lines as well as other upright container formats and is ideal for customers with limited line space.
The dual side view detection coverage provides an added measure of inspection by analyzing and processing two images per container thereby improving the probability of detecting hard to find contaminants. The system can process a wide range of container sizes and is capable of running multiple inspections at line rates in excess of 1000 PPM. Standard and high-resolution packages are available to satisfy each customer’s specific requirements by balancing smaller contaminant detection and high line speeds.
Overall line efficiency is maximized with the Eagle Tall PRO XSDV by reducing jams and returned product caused by defected packaging. System features include checkweigh, measure head space, verify component presence/absence and detect defects.
All Eagle systems are network capable, allowing remote access by Eagle expert technicians to quickly diagnose and often correct issues without dispatching a technician for on-site service. The system is available in IP65 and IP69K environmental ratings to suit any packaging plant environment.
