V-Cone Tumble Blenders

Company has added 5-, 10- and 25-cu.ft. V-Cone Tumble Blenders to its inventory of stock mixing equipment ready for immediate purchase or short-term trial/rental. Ideal for intimate dry blending of free flowing solids, Ross V-Cone Tumble Blenders or simply V-Blenders, are rated for 125 lbs/cu.ft. product bulk density and feature stainless steel 316 wetted parts polished to 240-grit finish. Other standard features include hinged covers, a butterfly discharge valve, TEFC direct drive gearmotor, and a safety gate with limit switch.

Offered in many sizes from 0.25 to 100 cu.ft., V-Blenders can be customized with optional features such as vacuum capability, intensifier bar, spray nozzles, heating/cooling jacket, explosion-proof motor and built-in controls. Heavy-duty models capable of blending very dense applications up to 200 lbs./cu.ft. are available. In addition to the V-Cone vessel design, Double Cone Tumble Blenders are also offered, along with other styles of dry blending equipment including Ribbon Blenders, Paddle Blenders and Vertical Blenders.
