Easy-To-Install RS-232-To-USB Interface Converters

OMEGA Engineering says its OM-CONV-USB Series RS-232-to-USB interface converters are easy to install. Simply upload the driver software on your PC and plug the converter into a USB port. The device is then immediately recognized by the system. At that point, simply connect the converter to your serial device, such as a modem, a scale, a serial printer or another similar instrument. According to the company, the converters also come with driver software, provide a data transfer rate of greater than 1 Mbps and incorporate a USB cable to deliver power.
