OCS Checkweighers has unveiled a full range of industrial PC-controlled checkweighers — from basic checkweighing with EC-ESSENTIAL (up to 150 pieces/minute) to high-end checkweighing with HC-AVANTGARDE (up to 640 pieces/minute) — to suit most all checkweighing needs. More specifically, according to the company:
- The HC-MEDIUM checkweigher is designed for mid-range applications and speeds up to 250 pieces/minute. It is operated by an industrial PC and is characterized by its 10.4-inch mobile touch display. Moreover, it features the same control concept of the HC-A high-end checkweigher, making cross training between various controllers a thing of the past.
- The HC-M checkweigher is equipped with Wipotec’s precise, reliable and repeatable EMFR weigh cell.
- The HC-M wash-down checkweigher is intended for use in harsh IP 69K environments, while its stainless steel construction bodes well in IP 65 damp rooms.
