Phoenix Contact’s new high-flex M12 cordsets can flex up to 15 million bend-cycles, and the sensor/actuator cables (SACs) meet the rigorous demands of robotics, motion and C-track installations. Additionally, the cordsets and cables offer:
- Ideal suitability for installations where cables need torsional and bending strength beyond standard PUR cable material.
- The flexible cordsets’ gray PUR jacket is welding slag-resistant, so that it can flex, bend and twist during the manufacturing process — it is halogen-, silicone- and cadmium-free, and resistant to acids, alkaline solutions and solvents.
- The M12 connectors feature a zinc die-cast coupling nut and are available in 3-, 4- and 5-position.
- The cordsets provide IP65/68/69K protection.
