Detcon’s condulet enclosures are designed to house a wide range of instruments used in the detection, monitoring, measuring and controlling of gases within hazardous areas. The enclosures:
- Come in three models: An aluminum J- Box with 4 ¼” internal diameter, the 316SS (stainless steel) J- Box with 3 ½” internal diameter and the Mini 316SS (stainless steel) J-Box with 2 ½” internal diameter.
- Are rated NEMA 7 explosion proof, and feature taper threaded hubs for ground continuity.
- Serve as pull and splice boxes, interconnect lengths of conduit and provide access to conductors for easy maintenance and system changes.
- Are CSA approved to Canadian & UL requirements.
