Ingersoll Rand has launched the R190-225ne (250 to 300-hp) variable speed drive rotary screw air compressor. This model, the latest in Ingersoll Rand's new Nirvana line, features:
- Modular drive and hybrid permanent magnet (HPM) motor design.
- Variable speed cooling system to ensure consistent discharge temperature.
- The use of a two-stage rotary screw air end, which can achieve energy savings of 15 percent over single-stage units.
- Easily removable panels.
