The Tracxer Code Reader RD235 CRYO offers a solution for scanning whole racks with 2D Data-Matrix, TraXis or competitor 
brand coded tubes. Featuring a CCD image sensor, the new reader provides high resolution image quality, ensuring the highest accuracy 2D code reading. It also features an anti-frost system which minimizes condensation on the scanner plate allowing tube codes from frozen samples to be read, thereby improving productivity and preserving sample integrity. The included software allows scanning of a complete rack of 2D coded tubes in only 7 seconds and a single tube in less than 2. The reader is fully compatible with all ANSI / SLAS standard storage racks, which enables the reading of 12-, 24-, 48-, 96- and even 384-well formats. Due to its compact size the scanner is easily integrated into robotic liquid handling and storage systems.
