New Infrared Ovens

Modular catalytic infrared ovens for booster, pre-gel, and full cure applications of powder and the drying of liquid coatings can replace convection ovens and provide up to 50 percent savings in existing BTU consumption, faster line speeds, and no cross-contamination.

Modular catalytic infrared ovens for booster, pre-gel, and full cure applications of powder and the drying of liquid coatings can replace convection ovens and provide up to 50 percent savings in existing BTU consumption, faster line speeds, and no cross-contamination. Their flame-less technology produces a uniform, low intensity heat and can be provided as a standalone booster/gel oven or inserted into a convection oven. Utilizing infrared rather than convection or conduction for the transfer of heat, the ovens only heat the surface of the powder or part. In addition, they do not require blowers or fans, further reducing energy costs.
