The Material Master bulk bag unloading and canister filling system boasts a modular design that allows it to be customized to fit individual application requirements. The system is engineered to unload bulk bags of semi-free flowing powders safely and to fill cylindrical canisters automatically by volume. It includes the Flo-Master massaging system to promote material flow, the Flo-Lock slide gate for partial bag discharging, the Sure-Seal System for dust-tight discharge, a volumetric feeder, a custom operator access platform, and a canister fill station with product densifier.
